Client Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Aloomii provides a "Done With You" (DWY) AI deployment service at a rate of $4,500+/month. This includes setup, continuous optimization, and the deployment of our AI sales intelligence agents into your environment.

2. Self-Hosted Deployment Terms

The client is responsible for providing the necessary hosting infrastructure. Aloomii provides the software, intelligence layers, and agents to be deployed strictly within that client-provisioned infrastructure.

3. Data Ownership

All client data remains the property of the client. Aloomii claims no ownership or rights over client data, prospect data, or outputs generated within the client's infrastructure.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and internal operations disclosed during the scope of our engagement.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued on a monthly basis and are payable net-15 days from the date of the invoice.

6. Term and Termination

Services continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Aloomii operates on a best-effort uptime basis. We provide no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of third-party AI providers (such as Gemini or other external APIs) upon which the software may rely.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aloomii's liability exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Client Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
