If the Aloomii Playbook isn't worth it to you within 72 hours of purchase, we'll refund you in full. No questions. No interrogation.
The promise
We built the Aloomii Playbook to be worth every dollar of its price. If you think it isn't, we want to fix that, not argue with you.
So here's the deal: within 72 hours of your purchase, contact us and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to explain why. You don't need to prove you tried it. You don't need to justify yourself.
If it didn't work for you, that's on us.
Who this applies to
This refund policy covers:
- Direct purchases of the Aloomii Playbook through aloomii.com
- All three editions: Founder, Solopreneur, and Operator Leader
- Purchases made through our payment processor, Gumroad
How to request a refund
- Contact us within 72 hours of your purchase through our contact form. Include your purchase email and let us know you'd like a refund.
- We'll confirm and process the refund within 3 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Gumroad.
- Your portal access is revoked. Any files you downloaded (ebook, audio, video, infographics) should also be deleted, as the license is tied to your purchase.
Timeline
- Your refund request: Must be received within 72 hours of your purchase date
- Our response: Within 1 business day
- Refund processing: Within 3 business days after our response
- Funds in your account: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
What happens to your access
When your refund is processed:
- Your portal account is deactivated
- Your access to content at app.aloomii.com ends
- Your license to downloaded files ends (they should be deleted)
- Your account data is retained for 30 days in case of dispute, then deleted
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Fraud or abuse: Repeated refund requests from the same person across multiple accounts, or evidence of license sharing before the refund request
- Chargeback abuse: If you initiated a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us first, we may contest it
- Requests after 72 hours: Refund requests received more than 72 hours after purchase
- Team license abuse: Team purchases where multiple seats have been actively used, except for the refund window
We handle these cases rarely, and always with communication first. If something is off, we'll reach out to you.
Refund methods
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at purchase, via Gumroad:
- Credit or debit card: Refunded to the same card (5-10 business days to appear)
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (1-3 business days)
- Apple Pay or Google Pay: Refunded to the underlying payment method (5-10 business days)
We don't offer store credit, partial refunds (except for edition swaps within 72 hours, see below), or cash payouts.
Edition swaps
If you purchased the wrong edition (e.g., you bought the Founder Edition but your situation is more aligned with the Solopreneur Edition), we're happy to swap you to the correct edition at no charge within 72 hours of purchase.
Contact us and tell us which edition you'd like to swap to. We'd rather have you in the right edition than process a refund.
After 72 hours, you can upgrade by paying the difference, but we can't offer free swaps.
Upgrades from the Amazon ebook
If you purchased the Amazon ebook first and later want to upgrade to the full $179 edition, contact us. We'll provide a discount code equivalent to the Amazon purchase price, so you're effectively only paying the upgrade difference.
